Cable and internet are provided by Xfinity, for any issues with your service please contact (800) 934-6489​ or text "ON IT" to 266278. Please be sure to mention that you are part of the "Eastwood Bulk Package" when setting up your services. Please be aware that for all new comcast accounts, there is a $100 activation fee required to become an Xfinity customer. The upgrade is free of charge.

Reporting Issues

For all methods, start by telling Comcast that you are part of a bulk account and then tell them your issue.

• Call 1-800-COMCAST

• Text to 266278  -  Text the problem and that you are part of a Bulk account. Comcast will call you back.

• Xfinity Ap – at the bottom Goto  Services.  Scroll to the bottom and select Ask Xfinity Assistance -  Type the problem and that you are part of a Bulk account

• Last resort contact Eastwood office to escalate to Xfinity reps, all other methods must be completed first.

The cabana is located at 150 Cavan Lane and gives all residents access to the community room, pool (open from dawn to dusk), and our tennis courts and pickle ball courts (With lights).

Westgate Park has a playground, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, a softball field, 2 pavilions, and Pickleball courts (does not have lights yet)

Freedom Park has a playground, soccer field, basketball, walking path, and a pavilion

​

All pavilions and the community room can be reserved for personal events.

​

The Recreational fields and tennis courts are available, to be reserved, by sports teams or leagues that at least 25% of the participation is Eastwood Residents.

We have a Eastwood RV Lot it is a dedicated amenity for residents of the Eastwood Community, offering a secure and convenient space to store recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers. The lot is part of the community’s commitment to keeping neighborhood streets and driveways clear while providing owners with easy access to their "big toys." Due to high demand, the RV lot often operates on a waitlist basis (6 months to 2 years). For the most up-to-date information on space availability or to submit an application for a spot, residents are encouraged to contact the office.
